Role Provide dedicated business and functional support to Group Sourcing throughout the Oracle Fusion S2I implementation, ensuring business requirements and procurement processes are correctly captured, designed, validated, tested and implemented.

Key Responsibilities
• S2I Business Requirements
• Capture, validate, and maintain business requirements across Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Purchasing, and Governance.
• Solution and Design Validation
• Participate in GDD (Global Design Document) and solution design discussions to ensure the proposed Oracle Fusion solution aligns with approved business requirements.
• Business-to-Implementation Coordination
• Act as the functional bridge between Group Sourcing, process owners, and the implementation team, coordinating business decisions, clarifications, and approvals.
• Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and SIT (System Integration Testing), and lead business UAT, including test scenario preparation, results validation, defect follow-up,



and business sign-off.
• AI and Automation
• Define and validate relevant Oracle Fusion AI agent use cases and procurement automation opportunities.
• Business Readiness and Change Support
• Support business users, design sign-offs, implementation readiness, and the transition to new S2I processes.
• Go-Live and Hypercare
• Support go-live readiness, post-implementation issue resolution, and stabilization of S2I processes Minimum Resource Requirements
• 6+ years Oracle Cloud SCM / Procurement experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Contract Management and Inventory.
• Experience across GDD, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live and Hyper-care.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities.
• Oracle Procurement Cloud certification preferred.
• Robust business, functional and stakeholder-management skills.
