Job Summary We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Intern to join our team at Waitless Digital. The ideal candidate should have an interest in animation, motion design, visual storytelling, and AI-assisted content creation. The intern will work closely with the creative and production teams to develop engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and digital content for various brands and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and branded content. 2. Assist in developing animated reels, promotional videos, title animations, explainer videos, and campaign creatives. 3. Work with typography, transitions, sound, graphics, and visual effects to produce engaging and polished content. 4. Convert static designs into dynamic and impactful animated creatives. 5. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, video editors, marketers, and client servicing teams to execute projects effectively. 6. Create audience-engaging content optimized for viewer retention, platform performance, and current digital trends. 7. Research and experiment with AI tools for generating AI-assisted videos, visuals, animations, and other creative assets. 8. Ensure all motion graphics and animations align with brand guidelines, creative briefs, and platform specifications. 9. Implement feedback and make revisions based on internal reviews to meet project requirements. 10. Maintain organized project files, assets, and workflows for efficient collaboration and future edits. 11. Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and digital content formats. 12. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and branded content. 13.



Support ongoing Waitless Digital projects and contribute to creative execution across different client accounts and teams. 14. Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the specified timelines while maintaining quality and consistency. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
- Interest in AI-powered creative tools and emerging video generation technologies.
- Understanding of social media content formats, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Creativity, visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new styles.
- Basic understanding of typography, composition, transitions, timing, and visual effects.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve technical and creative skills.
- A portfolio, showreel, or sample animation projects will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
