Experience:
Minimum 5 years in US Mortgage Closing What We’re Looking For: An experienced skilled with strong knowledge of US mortgage closing, Closing Disclosures (CD), TRID compliance, fee tolerance analysis, and funding processes. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Encompass, mortgage documentation, and funding coordination, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review Initial and Final Closing Disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, TILA/RESPA, and investor guidelines.
• Review fee tolerances, closing packages, and funding documents.
• Coordinate with title companies and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
