Customer Communications Management (CCM) Senior Designer About The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Customer Communications Management (CCM) Senior Designer with extensive experience in Quadient Inspire to lead the design and development of enterprise customer communication solutions. This role involves creating complex document templates and managing multi-channel communications to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead design and development of customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire.
• Design and develop complex document templates for customer-facing communications including correspondence, statements, notices, and letters.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solution designs.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, components, content blocks, business rules, and communication workflows.
• Work with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Automation, and related components.
• Design communications for multiple channels including print, PDF, email, web, and digital delivery.
• Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and document-management platforms.




• Define data mappings, transformation logic, business rules, and document-generation workflows. Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with significant Customer Communications Management expertise.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or comparable CCM platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Quadient Inspire Designer and document composition.
• Experience designing complex transactional and customer correspondence solutions.
• Deep understanding of dynamic document generation, conditional content, personalization, reusable components, business rules, data transformation, and batch/on-demand document generation.
• Experience working with XML, JSON, CSV, databases, APIs, and structured data formats.
• Proven ability to integrate CCM platforms with enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of print streams and document/output formats such as PDF, AFP, PostScript, or similar. Preferred Experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
