• Must be Operations Manager on papers in an International BPO
• 15+ years overall experience (minimum 2 year as Ops Manager)
• Solid expertise in Operations Metrics, FMEA, Capacity Planning
• Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory

• Ensure client SLAs are met and drive improvement plans
• Manage revenue goals through forecasting, budgeting & reporting
• Lead, train, and mentor Team Leaders, Assistant Managers & Deputy Managers
• Review operational reports (attendance, client scorecards, metrics)




• Build strong client relationships and attend business reviews
• Drive employee engagement and resolve team issues professionally
• Collaborate with HR, Training, Quality, WFM & TA teams for process improvements ? Candidate Profile:
• Graduate/Associate degree with 15+ years of experience
• At least 2 years in progressive management roles
