About the Role
Trasol Technologies is looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with strong hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem. Candidates with practical implementation experience in Zoho People (HRMS) and Zoho CRM projects will be given higher preference. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, customizing applications, automating workflows, and integrating Zoho solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement, customize, and maintain Zoho People (HRMS) and Zoho CRM.
• Configure HR processes, CRM modules, workflows, custom functions, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop custom solutions using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Support Zoho Books/ERP implementation and business process automation.
• Handle data migration, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and implementation.
• Strong practical experience in Zoho People (HRMS) implementation and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM projects, including configuration, automation, and customization.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Zoho Books/ERP and third-party integrations.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience working across multiple Zoho applications.
• Knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
• Experience in client-facing implementation and consulting.
• Relevant Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
