KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified IT candidates




• Understand client requirements and manage candidate submissions
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
• Manage client accounts and generate new IT requirements
• Coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities
• Drive recruitment closures and meet hiring targets
• Use LinkedIn, job portals and Boolean search for candidate sourcing ⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE ? IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience ? Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience ? Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter ? Strong client acquisition and account management skills ?
