Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and guest experience. Key tasks include supervising staff on the floor, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing reservations, and handling guest feedback to promote customer satisfaction. The role involves managing inventory, monitoring hygiene and safety standards, supporting hiring and training of team members, and assisting with sales targets and cost control. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi,



requiring regular presence during operational hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with staff, management, and guests.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, food safety standards, and service best practices.
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in the hospitality or F&B; industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software; comfort with reporting and documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
