At LakeB2B, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) who can take ownership of paid campaigns, think beyond clicks, and help us generate quality leads for our B2B business. If you’re someone who enjoys both the numbers and the creative thinking behind a successful campaign, we’d love to hear from you. What will you do?
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns: Set up, run, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on lead generation and business outcomes.
• Make data work harder: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL and conversions, and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
• Keep testing and improving: Experiment with ad creatives, messaging, keywords, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Own campaign performance: Track budgets, maintain performance reports, identify what is working and what isn’t, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Explore smarter optimisation: Use AI-powered tools and techniques to improve campaign analysis,



testing, targeting, and optimisation. What are we looking for?
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/PPC, with practical experience managing and optimising paid campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and make informed optimisation decisions.
• Someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable testing ideas, learning from results, and improving continuously. B2B marketing experience is preferred. Hands-on experience with AI-based ad optimisation tools or techniques will be an added advantage.
