Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments.
• Handle collection calls and payment reminders.
• Negotiate with customers and resolve payment-related queries.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer follow-ups and recovery status. Required
Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan collection/recovery.
• Payday Loan NBFC experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid follow-up, convincing, and problem-solving abilities.
