Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chinchwad for a Service Engineer – Chip Conveyor Systems. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of chip conveyor and coolant management systems at customer facilities. The role includes diagnosing faults, executing repairs, and providing technical support to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime.



The Service Engineer will conduct field service visits, prepare service reports, coordinate with internal teams for spares and upgrades, and offer guidance to customers on safe and productive equipment usage. The position also involves maintaining adherence to safety standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and representing the company professionally at client sites. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for mechanical and electro-mechanical conveyor and filtration systems.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer interaction.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills for routine servicing, breakdown rectification, and component replacement.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining technical issues, documenting service work, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) from a recognized institution.
• Experience working with chip conveyors, coolant filtration systems, or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and work in shop floor environments.
