Job description
We're Hiring: Junior / Mid-Level Architect — Studio MJ, Bengaluru Studio MJ is a boutique design studio working directly with the principal architect on projects including Alila, Hyatt Lansdowne, W Marriott, a villa at House of Hiranandani, Devanahalli, and premium commercial spaces in Koramangala. We're a small, hands-on team — which means you won't be buried in a large hierarchy; you'll work closely with the principal on both design and execution, across hospitality, residential, and commercial typologies.

What you'll do
• Take concepts from design development through to GFC (Positive for Construction) drawing sets
• Coordinate directly with structural, MEP, and other consultants — you'll own the resolution, not just relay it
• Contribute to design concepts and client presentations
• Build 3D models and renders (SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop)
• Be closely involved in site coordination and seeing your drawings through to the built result You'll be a strong fit if you
• Have a Bachelor's in Architecture and 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Are confident in AutoCAD and SketchUp; comfortable with Photoshop and a rendering engine (Lumion/V-Ray)
• Have exposure to hospitality, high-end residential,



or commercial projects — our current work spans all three
• Want direct exposure to a principal architect's process and decision-making, not a large-team, siloed role
• Are comfortable in a small studio where you'll wear multiple hats — this isn't a role where you'll be handed only one piece of a big machine Why Studio MJ
