Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales role for Forex Products based in Kolkata. The Retail Sales skilled will engage walk-in and referred customers, understand their forex requirements, and recommend appropriate products such as outward remittance services, multi-currency cards, and other travel-related solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, assisting customers with documentation and KYC, coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely processing, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role also involves prospecting and following up with leads, building relationships with educational consultants,



travel agencies, and corporate clients, and meeting defined sales and service targets. The individual is expected to uphold regulatory compliance, provide clear and transparent information, and contribute to a customer-centric sales culture. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in retail, financial services, or related domains, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Basic understanding of foreign exchange, remittances, or banking processes, and willingness to learn RBI and compliance guidelines relevant to forex products.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, KYC, transaction records, and follow-up activities accurately.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and standard office software for customer management and reporting.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduation in any discipline; a background in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate within a team, and maintain professionalism in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Prior experience in forex, travel, or banking sales is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
