We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Implementations to lead and govern all implementation activities across the organization, including client onboarding, technology deployments, system integrations, workflow transformations, and operational improvement initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized implementation methodologies, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-wide implementation programs, client onboarding, and strategic operational projects.
• Develop and maintain implementation frameworks, governance models, templates, and best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Revenue Cycle Operations, Technology, Client Success, Analytics, Training, and Compliance.
• Drive project planning, risk management, change control, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Oversee implementation performance through dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.




• Ensure successful transition to operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of healthcare revenue cycle, implementation, program management, or operational transformation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading client implementations, system integrations, technology deployments, and workflow transformations.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Prosci certification preferred. Skills & Expertise
