Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales of loan products and financial services.



The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers, building relationships with bank and NBFC partners, and meeting revenue and volume targets. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal operations, ensuring accurate documentation, resolving customer queries, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
