Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are passionate about business analysis, problem-solving, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions. What You’ll Do
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Support the creation of business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
• Analyze data, identify trends, and support business decision-making
• Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirement validation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, or a related role
• Basic understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup Good to Have
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and UAT processes
