Job Description
The Copywriter will own all customer-facing and brand communication for Param Foundation across brand and foundational storytelling, and marketing campaigns for our different initiatives, centres, programmes, and events, and will also help develop storytelling for our products and e-commerce. This person will work very closely with the entire internal team
- Marketing, Academy, Programme, and Merchandise teams
- to translate business, product, and programme objectives into clear, compelling, and on-brand written content across digital, print, and in-store channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop compelling brand and foundational storytelling that communicates Param Foundation's vision, impact,



and outcomes to all audiences.
• Write marketing campaign content for the Foundation's centres, workshops, Academy programmes, and special initiatives and events.
• Develop product storytelling and e-commerce content, including product descriptions, listings, and promotional copy.
• Write content for product and programme launches, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
• Develop newsletters, annual reports, and impact and success stories showcasing the Foundation's work.
• Create internal marketing collateral, including SOPs, training material, and knowledge sheets for internal teams.
• Write digital marketing content across social media, website, email, and paid campaigns.
• Develop out-of-home and outdoor marketing content, including signage, hoardings, and display messaging.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and collaboration content to support partnerships and business development.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Academy, Programme, and Merchandise teams to ensure consistent, on-brand communication across all touchpoints. Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Literature, English, Marketing, Brand, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant copywriting experience, with a background in advertising agencies, related creative/content agencies, or brand-side experience within a corporation, including brand communications for a company or institution.
• Experience writing for experience centres, NGOs, or similar organisations is a plus, but not a necessity.
• Ability to adapt tone and style across audiences
- retail customers, e-commerce shoppers, donors, partners, and internal teams.
• Excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high ownership mindse.
