About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Specialist to implement, configure, and support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Semarchy xDM, Semarchy xDI, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MDM data modeling, match-and-merge configuration, survivorship rules, golden record management, data quality, and data integration. The role requires a skilled who can independently manage MDM implementation and support activities, build reliable data integration pipelines, and collaborate with data engineers, data stewards, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and governed master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and maintain Semarchy xDM data models, entities, relationships, and entity views.
• Implement match-and-merge rules, survivorship logic, deduplication, and golden record management.
• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines using Semarchy xDI to load, cleanse, transform,



and synchronize data between Snowflake and source/target systems.
• Deploy and configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles, warehouses, and data-sharing configurations.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL queries, tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and streams to support MDM processing and reporting.
• Configure data quality rules, validation workflows, hierarchy management, and relationship management within Semarchy xDM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data governance teams to translate business requirements into MDM configurations and technical solutions.
• Support UAT, defect triage, troubleshooting, performance tuning, deployment, and production go-live activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, data mapping specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate MDM outputs into the broader Snowflake data platform.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with established data governance standards.
