We're Hiring | Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts | Guwahati, Assam The Hans Foundation (THF) is looking for a Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our Guwahati office. THF is a public charitable trust established in 2009. It has reached over 54 million people across 16 states in Health, Disability Inclusion, Education, Livelihoods and Climate Action. In Assam, our work includes Mobile Medical Units, Hans Renal Care Centres, the Hans Jeevika livelihood project and disaster relief.

What you'll do
? Prepare monthly budget projections and utilisation reports, and support budget presentations to management ? Prepare donor invoices and reports for donors and government partners ? Maintain accounts, bills and vouchers in Tally ERP ? Track inventory of medicines, equipment and stationery, and coordinate procurement ? Process vendor and consultant payments, TDS returns and payroll ? Ensure financial compliance, bank reconciliations and petty cash management What we're looking for:



✅ Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or a related field ✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in development-sector accounting ✅ Proficiency in Tally and strong Excel skills ✅ Attention to detail, sound judgement and discretion with confidential information ✅ Robust interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills ?
