We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator who can develop engaging content, write compelling scripts and captions, and create content for our social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging and informative content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Write creative scripts, captions, hooks, post descriptions, and content copy for Reels, short videos, carousels, and social media posts.
• Develop fresh content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and the company's marketing objectives.
• Research trending topics, viral formats, and competitor content to identify new content opportunities.
• Plan and execute content calendars in coordination with the social media and marketing teams.
• Create visual content using tools such as Canva and other relevant content creation tools.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to transform content ideas and scripts into engaging social media posts and videos.
• Develop educational, promotional, interactive, and trend-based content aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, grammatically correct, and consistent with the company's tone and branding.




• Monitor content performance and audience engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of content according to the planned social media calendar. Required Skills
• Strong content writing, copywriting, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills.
• Excellent written English; proficiency in Hindi will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in content creation, content writing, social media content, or a similar role.
• Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas for social media posts, Reels, and campaigns.
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva; familiarity with video editing tools is an advantage.
• Ability to research topics and convert information into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
• Strong proofreading, grammar, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams. Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience, solid writing skills, and a good content portfolio may also be considered irrespective of their educational background. Preferred Candidate Profile
• A creative individual passionate about content creation, writing, and digital media.
• Someone who can independently develop content ideas and convert them into engaging scripts, social media posts, and campaigns.
• An understanding of branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a portfolio of social media posts, scripts, captions, blogs, or previously created content will be preferred.
