The Blue Kite is looking for a driven and creative Social Media Associate to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of our social media presence and influencer partnerships. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of digital trends, and brings energy and creativity to every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Publishing
• Maintain the monthly social media content calendar across all platforms
• Handle daily posting, stories, and reels on Instagram and other relevant channels
• Schedule content and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing cadence
• Research trending formats, audio, and creative references to keep content fresh and relevant Influencer & Creator Management
• Lead influencer outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication
• Coordinate end-to-end creator campaigns — from brief to deliverable
• Track deliverables, manage timelines, and follow up on creator commitments
• Manage hamper curation, gifting logistics, and influencer relationship touchpoints Campaign Support




• Assist in execution of ongoing marketing campaigns and brand activations
• Fulfil content requirements across campaigns and ensure smooth marketing activity flow Skills & Requirements Must-Have Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
• Proficiency across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms
• Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, content trends, and short-form video formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach and coordination
• Robust organisational skills

• Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns or creator partnerships
• Basic design sensibility and familiarity with tools like Canva
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or F&B; brands is a plus
