Role Description The AVP – AUM Business role is a full-time, on-site position based in Recent Delhi, responsible for driving and expanding assets under management across key product lines. The role involves developing and executing strategies to grow AUM, managing client relationships, and collaborating with sales teams to identify new business opportunities. Daily activities include analyzing portfolio performance, preparing business reports, coordinating projects related to product enhancement, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The AVP will work closely with senior leadership to plan and implement initiatives, monitor market trends,



and support cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and understanding of investment products, asset management, and financial markets.
• Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute AUM growth initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and drive AUM growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services business development is highly beneficial.
• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
