Role Description The Finance Manager – D2C will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for Xtovia’s direct-to-consumer business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes monitoring revenue and cost drivers, managing cash flow, and preparing regular financial reports and dashboards for leadership. The role involves partnering with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to evaluate campaign performance, optimize customer acquisition and retention economics, and improve unit economics. The Finance Manager will also manage financial controls, support audits, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to pricing strategies, forecasting, and long-term financial models for the D2C channel. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, including experience with P&L; management and cash flow analysis.
• Candidates should possess expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of Excel or similar tools for building dashboards and reports.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance processes, preferably within consumer or retail sectors.
• Candidates should possess skills in business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Candidates should possess the ability to interpret D2C performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, unit economics) and make data-backed recommendations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; a skilled certification (CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are beneficial.
