We are amongst the top three large diameter pipes manufacturers globall Job Purpose/ Summary To manage and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely, accurate, safe and cost-effective deliveries in line with sales orders and delivery commitments. The role involves coordinating with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Logistics teams, managing transportation arrangements, verifying dispatch documentation, tracking shipments and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements and company SOPs.

Job Description
Plan, schedule and execute daily dispatch operations in accordance with sales orders, delivery schedules and customer commitments.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure product availability, readiness and timely dispatch.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, lorry receipts (LRs. and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely vehicle placement, material movement and dispatch execution.
Track shipments and proactively resolve transit delays, transportation issues and delivery-related concerns.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment details and MIS reports, including reconciliation of dispatched quantities.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST and e-way bill requirements,

Monitor transportation and logistics costs and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce dispatch expenses.
Respond to customer queries regarding dispatch status, delivery schedules and documentation, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Supervise loading activities to ensure correct quantities, proper material identification and safe handling of finished goods.
