We are seeking an experienced Rubrik Architect to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of enterprise backup, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and data protection solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Rubrik architecture, enterprise backup platforms, cloud-based recovery solutions, cyber resilience, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect enterprise-wide backup, recovery, cyber recovery, and disaster recovery solutions using Rubrik.
• Define data protection strategies, backup policies, retention frameworks, and recovery architectures.
• Lead implementation and transformation initiatives for Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS), and Cyber Recovery solutions.
• Perform solution assessments, architecture reviews, sizing, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), solution evaluations, and technical workshops.




• Provide technical leadership during RFP, RFI, RFQ, and pre-sales engagements.
• Design and deploy data protection solutions for VMware, Windows, Linux, databases, and cloud workloads.
• Collaborate with customers, application owners, cloud teams, security teams, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Drive resilience and ransomware recovery initiatives aligned with business continuity objectives.
• Support migration, modernization, and cloud adoption programs. Mandatory Skills
