Company Description Betr India Foodworks Pvt Ltd is a multi-vertical food and beverage company focused on setting a new standard for India’s F&B; industry. The company builds and operates brands across quick service restaurants, cloud kitchens through BETR Kitchens, and direct-to-consumer offerings. Founded in 2024, Betr India Foodworks has created seven mindful brands, tested key markets, and developed a unified operating platform called Central that integrates sourcing, processing, testing, distribution, production, and retail. By Q3 2026, the company is launching four units with a footprint of 14 brands, all designed to scale efficiently through robust systems and processes. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Hostess Server role based in Delhi, India. The Hostess Server will welcome guests, manage reservations or waiting lists, and guide guests to their tables while ensuring a smooth and friendly seating experience. The role includes presenting menus, taking and relaying orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and responding promptly to guest requests. The Hostess Server will maintain clean and organized dining and hosting areas, support opening and closing procedures, and coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to provide attentive, friendly, and solution-oriented support throughout the guest experience.
• Candidates should possess Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude; familiarity with C++ is a plus for working with or understanding internal systems and tools.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service, ability to stand for extended periods, strong time management, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; training will be provided to qualified candidates with a customer-focused mindset.
