About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Jr. Paid Ads Executive with a basic understanding of digital advertising and a willingness to learn and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization. The candidate should have an analytical mindset and be interested in improving campaign performance, lead generation, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in planning, setting up, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid search campaigns.
· Create and optimize search ads, display ads, remarketing campaigns, and other paid advertising campaigns.
· Assist with audience research, targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
· Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
· Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements to increase conversions and reduce advertising costs.
· Assist with budget allocation, bid adjustments, and campaign optimization.
· Prepare and optimize ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and calls to action.
· Monitor search terms and add negative keywords to improve campaign relevance and efficiency.
· Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and platform-specific tracking tools.
· Support landing page performance analysis and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
· Prepare regular paid advertising performance reports and communicate campaign results.




· Coordinate with design, content, SEO, and development teams to support campaign requirements.
· Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, advertising policies, automation, and AI-driven advertising features.
· Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and provide timely updates to internal team members. Required Skills
· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and paid advertising concepts.
· Understanding of Google Search, Display, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
· Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising.
· Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
· Knowledge of key advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
· Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
· Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
· Positive written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
· Willingness to learn new advertising platforms, tools, and optimization techniques.
· Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing is an advantage.
· Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid advertising platforms is an added advantage. Qualifications
· 1
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads, PPC, or Digital Marketing.
· Practical exposure to Google Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization is preferred.
· Experience with Meta Ads is an advantage.
· Familiarity with analytics, conversion tracking, and advertising performance reports.
· A portfolio or examples of previous campaign work and results will be an advantage.
· A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
