Experience:
Minimum 1–2 Years Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business Administration preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Handle counter sales and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
• Proactively call existing and potential clients to generate sales and follow up on enquiries.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular communication.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers confidently.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Requirements:
· Experience in Gold Chain or Jewelry sales is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and client-handling skills.
• Confident in making outbound sales calls and converting leads into customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
