The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, support employer branding initiatives, and help optimize recruitment processes and tools. This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India,



requiring close collaboration with HR and business teams to ensure effective staffing and a positive candidate experience. Qualifications
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Robust skills in candidate sourcing using job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Proficiency in resume evaluation, competency-based interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles.
• Awareness of fair hiring practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and local employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in IT or digital marketing industry recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
