GBG Group is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department and take ownership of an assigned brand within the group. If you understand brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, consumer behaviour, and how to translate marketing strategies into measurable business outcomes, this opportunity is for you. ? What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and annual marketing plans.
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, and offline channels.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour analysis.
• Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, analytics, PR, and events teams.
• Strengthen brand communication and maintain consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, regional marketing, and business expansion.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign calendars, vendors, and execution timelines.
• Track brand performance, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness. ? What We’re Looking For ✅ 4–7 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing,



or campaign execution. ✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. ✅ Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign planning, digital marketing, and customer acquisition. ✅ Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, and presentation tools. ✅ Excellent communication, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills. ? Preferred: Experience in the EV, automotive, mobility, retail, or franchise industry. ?
