1. Project Coordination & Execution
• Oversee the execution of luxury interior projects, including feature walls, accent furniture, soft furnishings, and bespoke design elements, from initial concept through to final installation.
• Collaborate closely with the creative design team to translate conceptual designs into technically feasible solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow, seamless integration of design elements, and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and issues are promptly addressed.
• Ensure that all materials, finishes, and detailing align with the company’s high-end design standards. 2. Technical Drawings & Documentation
• Prepare and review comprehensive technical drawings, AutoCAD layouts, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for production and installation.
• Create production drawings, material specifications, and product details for contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality controls in all technical documentation.
• Conduct regular quality checks on prototypes and production pieces to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the final product. 3. Budget & Cost Control
• Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project budgets and identify cost effective solutions while maintaining high design quality.
• Approve vendor quotations and ensure all project costs align with the allocated budget, seeking out cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Track financial progress and provide regular budget updates to senior management and clients as required. 4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifestyle.
• Provide clients with technical insights and solutions,



keeping them updated on project progress and managing expectations effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create client-facing presentations, reports, and updates, showcasing the project’s progress and key milestones. 5. Site Supervision & Installation
• Conduct re-installation site visits to ensure that design requirements are met and that the site is prepared for installation.
• Supervise installation teams on-site, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and according to the approved specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges related to dimensions, material fitting, and aesthetics to guarantee flawless project delivery.
• Document before-and-after photos of installations for internal records and client approval. 6. Innovation & Process Improvement
• Research and implement current materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques to enhance the company’s product offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead the integration of innovative technologies (such as smart lighting, modular structures) into the design and production process.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality during production and installation. 7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers, draftsmen, and installation teams to ensure they meet project expectations and contribute to successful project outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative working environment, coordinating efforts between design, production, procurement, and marketing teams.
• Ensure effective communication among all team members and external stakeholders to guarantee project success. 8. Quality Control & Compliance
• Ensure all designs and installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project to ensure that all technical requirements and design standards are upheld.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to product quality, installation, and design integrity during the execution phase.
