About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Growth & Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, client outreach, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through online research, databases, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold calls and connect with potential clients to introduce the company's services.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers based on business requirements.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales and business development team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update lead databases, customer records, and sales pipelines.
• Support business development activities and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Track daily calling activity, leads generated,



meetings scheduled, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and outreach effectiveness. Skills Required
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with prospective clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research.
• Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Internship Details
