6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Remuneration: As per experience and skill set About India Fish Company India Fish Company (IFC) operates in the procurement, processing, and distribution of chicken, mutton, and seafood. We are looking for a hands-on and responsible QC / Purchase Executive to manage daily procurement, quality checks, packing, dispatch, and inventory movements at Ghazipur Fish Market.

Key Responsibilities
• Purchase & Rate Negotiation: Procure fresh chicken, mutton, and seafood at competitive market rates while maintaining quality standards and controlling purchase costs.
• Quality Control: Inspect freshness, smell, colour, texture, size, weight, and overall quality of incoming products before acceptance.
• Inward Management: Verify incoming stock against purchase orders, quantities, weights, rates, and supplier bills.
• Outward & Dispatch Management: Ensure correct order picking, weighing, packing, labelling, billing coordination, and timely dispatch to customers.
• Packing & Billing: Ensure products are packed as per customer requirements and that bills, invoices, and dispatch documents are accurate.
• Inventory Management: Maintain daily records of inward stock, outward stock, wastage, returns, shortages, and closing inventory.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding rates, availability, quality issues, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain daily purchase records, stock registers, rate comparisons, dispatch details, and other operational reports.
• Cost Control: Minimise wastage, weight discrepancies, packing errors, and avoidable procurement costs. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant industry experience may also apply.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, quality control, or operations involving fresh chicken, mutton, fish, or seafood.
• Good understanding of fresh meat and seafood quality, market rates, product specifications, and weight management.
• Basic knowledge of purchase bills, invoices, inventory records, and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, honesty, accountability, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced market environment.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, packing teams, and delivery personnel. Important Working Requirement The candidate must be comfortable working from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Ghazipur Fish Market, Delhi. This is an essential requirement of the role, as daily procurement, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch operations begin early in the morning. Key Performance Expectations
