Role Description The Social Media Junior Executive role at TradeX Link is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of social media activities across platforms, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content aligned with brand guidelines. The Social Media Junior Executive will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and assist in building an online community around the brand. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and design teams,



helping develop campaign ideas, tracking basic performance metrics, and preparing simple reports on social media activities. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, competitors’ activities, and best practices to contribute fresh, relevant ideas to the digital presence of TradeX Link. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to support platform-specific campaigns and engaging posts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to understand broader campaign objectives and brand positioning.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to write clear copy, interact with audiences, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (or similar) is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, along with an interest in learning and growing in digital marketing.
• Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
