Any Graduate; MBA in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration preferred Compensation: Best in the industry, commensurate with experience and suitability Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our eye hospital and vision centre network across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare or hospital operations, preferably in an eye care or multi-specialty hospital chain, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, service quality, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitals, eye care centres, and vision centres across the assigned region.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, diagnostics, optical retail, pharmacy, surgical services, and other operational units, wherever applicable.
- Standardise operational processes and implement best practices across all centres.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, patient footfall, conversion rates, and centre-level performance. 2. Business Performance and Growth
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the assigned network.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for new centre expansion, improved utilisation, and increased patient acquisition.
- Monitor centre-wise performance and take corrective action wherever required. 3.



Patient Experience and Quality
- Ensure high standards of patient care, service delivery, and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor patient feedback, complaints, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Coordinate with clinical teams to improve patient flow and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to applicable healthcare standards, internal policies, and quality protocols. 4. Team Leadership and People Management
- Lead and manage Centre Heads, Cluster Heads, and operational teams.
- Set performance objectives, conduct periodic reviews, and drive accountability.
- Identify training needs and develop leadership capabilities within the operations team.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and business results. 5. Financial and Resource Management
- Monitor operational expenses, budgets, cost efficiency, and centre-level profitability.
- Optimise manpower deployment, infrastructure utilisation, and other operational resources.
- Ensure effective inventory management and coordination with procurement and support functions.
- Drive cost-control initiatives without compromising patient care or service quality. 6. Compliance and Process Excellence
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Clinical Operations,



and other departments.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct periodic centre visits and operational audits to identify improvement opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of overall experience, preferably in hospital operations, healthcare operations, or multi-location retail operations.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in eye hospitals, eye care chains, or multi-specialty hospital networks.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple hospitals, branches, or healthcare centres.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, revenue management, patient experience, and operational KPIs.
- Proven leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Robust commercial acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala as required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
