Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business strategies
• Build relationships with clients & identify current opportunities
• Collaborate with sales & cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with healthcare institutions, medical associations, or clinics to organize CME sessions.
• Provide training & support to field staff
• Gather insights from healthcare professionals regarding competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Share insights and field experiences to Marketing and Training department to support organizational goals
• Maintain sales records & ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree /B Pharm
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry (5+ years)
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & data analysis
