Role Description: The Designer Non-IT role at MSME SAHAYAK is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The designer will create and refine visual concepts, layouts, and communication materials that support advisory services for MSMEs and startups, including presentations, reports, marketing collateral, process diagrams, generating master decks with financial data, and more. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and subject-matter experts to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly visual formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Qualifications




• Robust analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate business concepts into effective design solutions.
• Fundamental understanding of MSMEs and interacting with other government portals.
• Experience with project management practices, including planning, prioritising tasks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to integrate visual design with processes and documentation, ensuring cohesive and practical outputs that support advisory objectives.
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) principles, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Advanced skills in common design and layout software (e.g., Canva, Figma, or equivalent) and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant diploma or degree in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field; prior experience designing for professional services or consulting firms is an advantage.
