Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Thrissur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will manage relationships with retailers and business clients, promote Smijo Gold’s product lines, and drive sales growth in the wholesale jewelry market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, presenting product collections, negotiating pricing and terms, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing product training and guidance to clients and internal teams.



The specialist will collaborate closely with management to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets, manage pipelines, and expand market reach.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and team members on product features, collections, and selling points.
• Familiarity with jewelry or luxury goods markets, especially gold and traditional ornaments, is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Thrissur, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools; experience with CRM or sales tracking systems is beneficial.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales and client-facing roles.
