? Hiring: Design & Development Engineer – Fuel Systems ?

3-4 Years ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred We are looking for a talented Design & Development Engineer with solid experience in Mechanical Design, Creo, Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, and Product Development to join our engineering team. The role involves the end-to-end development of fuel system components, including design, drawing release, prototype support, validation, and collaboration with global engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and develop fuel system components based on functional, manufacturing, reliability, and cost requirements. ✅ Create and modify 3D CAD models, component drawings, and assembly drawings using Creo. ✅ Develop, review, and release engineering drawings with proper application of GD&T.; ✅ Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, fits & clearances evaluation, datum scheme definition, and dimensional validation. ✅ Define materials, surface finishes, and engineering specifications. ✅ Conduct design reviews (DQR), DFMEA activities, and engineering change management. ✅ Support prototype builds, validation testing, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions. ✅ Work closely with suppliers, sourcing teams, manufacturing teams, and global engineering stakeholders. ✅ Drive engineering actions to closure while ensuring program timelines and quality standards are met.
