1-4 Years (Education Industry Preferred) Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team at JIMS Kalkaji. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, achieving enrollment targets, and representing the institution professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Counselling & Conversion: Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, walk-ins, emails, and seminars about our program, career prospects, and admission procedures. Lead Management: Handle leads generated through various sources, follow-up rigorously, and maintain lead database in CRM/Excel.
Target Achievement:



Achieve monthly/annual admission targets and contribute to overall enrollment goals. Campus Tours & Events: Conduct campus visits, organize and participate in education fairs, school outreach programs, and Open House sessions. Documentation: Assist students with application forms, document verification, and fee submission process. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on counselling status, admissions, and follow-ups. Skills & Competencies Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)Solid persuasion, counselling and closing skills Presentable, empathetic, and student-friendly attitude Proficient in MS Office & CRM handling Ability to work under target pressure and in a team
