This role involves engaging customers in-store, presenting Ruut’s fragrances, and guiding them through product selections that match their preferences and the mood of their spaces. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales process from introduction to purchase, including handling inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring an elevated customer experience. Daily responsibilities include tracking inventory, preparing product displays, collecting customer feedback,



and supporting sales campaigns and in-store events. The role also includes collaborating with the team on product training, sharing brand stories, and supporting store sales goals. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
• Customer Service skills focused on building trust, offering personalized guidance, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance, coach peers, and help implement sales strategies.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, fragrances, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak retail hours.
• Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and comfort with maintaining sales records and inventory data.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and interest in design, fragrance, and sensory experiences.
