• Execute Compensation and Benefit Programs Qualifications
• Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience of 6-8 years in a senior associate or Lead HR role, preferably in a fast-paced organizational setting.
• Experience working in Social enterprises, and/or Community based Sustainability focussed organisation
