Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Noida. The Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote Cosma Fertility’s products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, providing scientific and clinical information, and ensuring that customers understand indications, usage, and benefits. The role involves managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, negotiating orders, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



The representative will also gather market feedback, support educational initiatives, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborate with medical and marketing teams to align sales activities with brand strategy. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and goal-oriented selling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals, address inquiries, and provide explicit product information.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product mechanisms, indications, and safety profiles.
• Relevant experience in women’s health, fertility, or related therapeutic areas is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and use digital tools (CRM, office software) for reporting and planning.
