Order Processing Analyst – Supply Planning Relevant

Experience:
1–3 years

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end P2P activities, including purchase order creation, processing, release, and tracking in SAP.
• Follow up on pending and overdue purchase orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to prevent stock shortages and supply disruptions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Receiving, suppliers, and operations teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate SAP records and prepare reports on open orders, inventory, and pending deliveries using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify supply risks, escalate delays, and support timely resolution of operational issues.
• Follow SOPs, procurement policies, and compliance requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive follow-up and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support month-end activities. Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce/ management / Analytics/ Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in P2P, order processing, procurement, or supply planning.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Positive Excel skills, including data management and reporting. Work
