Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will work full time on-site in Pune City, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to design, build, and optimize backend services and system architectures that power REERHUB’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing scalable server-side features, writing clean and maintainable code, reviewing code contributions from team members, and implementing robust APIs and integrations. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, improving performance and reliability, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.



The Senior Software Engineer will mentor junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and help ensure that the platform remains secure, performant, and easy to maintain. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in complex codebases.
• Experience with contemporary development tools and practices (version control, CI/CD, testing frameworks, code reviews).
• Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in high-traffic, scalable platforms and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
