Role Description The AI Enablement Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to embed AI and automation into core business processes, especially across supply chain, production, sales, marketing, and customer support. The AI Enablement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into AI use cases and solution roadmaps. Day-to-day activities include evaluating AI tools and platforms, coordinating pilots and implementation projects, defining workflows, and ensuring successful adoption through training, documentation,



and change management. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing deployed solutions, and maintaining solid communication with leadership on AI initiatives, risks, and outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in AI strategy, use-case identification, and roadmap planning for business process improvement.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess skills in project management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
