Job Summary Blue Earth Consulting is seeking an analytical finance professional for a varied role spanning business finance, fund oversight and international operations. The position offers exposure to financial analysis, fund NAV reviews, cross-border audits and coordination with external advisers, going well beyond routine accounting.

Key Responsibilities
• Support accounting, financial statements, budgets and cash-flow monitoring for business operations.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses and periodic MIS for the business and funds.
• Review and validate fund NAV calculations prepared by external fund administrators, including underlying reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate audits, financial reporting and compliance matters for international operations.
• Oversee outsourced providers handling GST, TDS and routine statutory filings; review their work and monitor deadlines.




• Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders on finance and operational matters. Educational Qualifications
• Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting fundamentals.
• Exposure to fund accounting, corporate finance or international operations would be an advantage. Required Skills
• Strong MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
• Valuable numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with external service providers and auditors.
• Attention to detail, initiative and effective communication skills.
