The Role Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for a global enterprise client, guiding developers and shaping how the business plans, funds and tracks its portfolio. What You’ll Own
• End-to-end SPM solutions: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management
• Custom development using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Workspace and Integration Hub
• Integrations with enterprise tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Workday) via REST/SOAP APIs
• Technical design, code reviews and platform governance
• Mentoring developers and driving delivery quality
• Working with PMO and business leaders to turn requirements into scalable solutions Must Have
• 10+ years in IT, 6+ years on ServiceNow
• Robust hands-on SPM implementation experience, including Project Workspace and Resource Management
• Solid JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs and data modelling
• Experience leading developer teams in client-facing delivery
• Strong stakeholder communication
