Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Intern to support our Buying & Merchandising team in day-to-day merchandising operations. This internship offers practical exposure to retail merchandising, inventory management, sales analysis, stock replenishment, and product performance monitoring within the premium menswear industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the merchandising team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Support sales tracking and analysis across retail stores and product categories.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, stock availability, and stock replenishment requirements.
• Help maintain merchandise reports, inventory trackers, and Excel-based MIS.
• Support product-wise and store-wise sales performance analysis.
• Assist with identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products.




• Coordinate with internal teams to track stock transfers, stock availability, and merchandising requirements.
• Support seasonal merchandise planning and product assortment analysis.
• Maintain accurate merchandising records and ensure timely updates to reports.
• Assist with other tasks and projects assigned by the Buying & Merchandising team. Candidate Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail business environment.
• Interest in menswear, premium fashion, retail operations, and merchandising. What You Will Learn
