Responsibilities:
Dhruva Space is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of software products across spacecraft operations, Earth observation, and geospatial intelligence. This role requires strong product management expertise, technical understanding, and experience in leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating complex customer requirements into clear product roadmaps, prioritising features, and delivering scalable software solutions by collaborating with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product discovery by engaging with customers, partners, and internal domain experts to understand operational workflows and user requirements.
• Translate business needs into product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to plan releases, track delivery, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks.
• Define user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and interaction flows for complex software products in collaboration with design teams.
• Define integration requirements with technology and data partners, including APIs, data formats, and delivery timelines.
• Work with business development teams on product demonstrations, solution proposals, customer presentations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish product success metrics, monitor adoption, analyse user feedback,



and drive continuous improvements.
• Present product roadmaps, progress updates, and recommendations to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes across space technology, geospatial intelligence, and AI-driven software.
• Guide and support associate product managers and analysts in product development and delivery. Candidate

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, Geoinformatics, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with end-to-end ownership of at least one software product or major feature area.
• Robust understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, requirement gathering, and backlog prioritisation.
• Exposure to satellite systems, remote sensing, GIS, Earth observation (EO), SAR imagery, or geospatial data is an added advantage.
• Experience with AI/ML products, computer vision, data labelling, or model evaluation workflows is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise or B2G software, security-sensitive systems, or on-premise deployments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, pricing, and commercial planning for B2B or B2G products is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing tools such as Figma and preparing customer-facing presentations is an added advantage.
